At Alert Level 2, at Simon Lucas Mitsubishi, we are more open than ever

We'd like to say a big and heartfelt thank-you to all our customers who, during level 3, have bought new or used vehicles from us, ordered parts and brought their vehicles in for servicing, and in general to all our loyal customers. We'd like to also thank our team for being professional and brave during these difficult times. You all have shown us that we, as individuals and business too, can remain strong and keep our confidence despite the pandemic scare and the current economic uncertainty.

We are feeling ready to kick off level 2 with so much energy! We will be open during our normal hours but we are more open than ever to:

• organise accompanied and unaccompanied test drives for you from our huge selection of well-priced new and used vehicles.
• bring a "Demo to your door" in Auckland - free and no obligation 
• offer free car valuations on your current vehicle
• welcome any trade-ins (any make and model)
• finance you into your new car or beat your current finance quotes if you are pre-approved

 

So, from Monday on we will be at Alert Level 2 which means we can meet you face to face for test drives, sales, parts and servicing. However, rest assured, the other health and safety measures will still be in place to protect you and our team:

• contact tracing protocols
• 2 m social distancing
• mask wearing is highly recommended
• vehicle sanitisation on all touchpoints
• if you feel sick, stay home
