  • Booking Your Car In We have an extremely easy online booking platform where you can pick and choose what time and dates suit you. Alternatively you can call directly to speak with one of our experienced service advisors.
  • Organising
    Your Day 
    Our goal is to have as little impact on your day as possible. We offer express servicing from 6:30am so you can be back on the road before 8:00am. We also have 8:00am, 11:00am and 2:00pm where we can guarantee your vehicle is worked on immediately. We offer a wide range of loan vehicles and we’re close to Sunnynook Bus Station.
  • Checking In Firstly checking all your contact details are correct as communication is key. Next up is talking about your vehicle and how we will ensure everything goes to plan. Our service advisors all have mechanical knowledge so we can answer any questions you have. Lastly we will discuss the next point of contact for the day.
  • Progress Report If our technicians identify any recommended work we will call, TXT or email to discuss options.
  • Vehicle Collection Once your vehicle is ready and clean we will call, TXT or email to advise you even if it’s before the agreed collection time. The agreed collection time is critical and we guarantee we will meet this time.
  • Follow Up Our Aftersales Manager, Colin will email you seeking feedback on your experience, confirming everything went to plan and offering an opportunity to tailor things for your next visit. Mitsubishi Motors New Zealand will also email you with an 'experience survey' which scores us on our performance and gives us the all-important feedback which we value.
